4 vajcia, 130 g práškového cukru, 1 lyžica oleja, 150 g polohrubej múky,1/4 lyžičky prášku do pečiva, tuk a hrubá múka na vymazanie a vysypanie plechu . Plnka: 250 g mäkkého tvarohu, 80 g práškového cukru, 1 vanilkový cukor, 120 g masla; Ozdoba: 500 g čerstvých jahôd, 2 lyžice mandľových lupienkov

Vezmeme vajcia, oddelíme bielok od žĺtkov. Bielky ušľaháme s dvoma lyžicami cukru na tuhý sneh.
K žĺtkom pridáme zvyšok cukru. Za stáleho šľahania pozvoľna prikvapkávame 1 lyžicu oleja a 1 lyžicu horúcej vody. Dôkladne šľaháme, kým nám nevznikne hustá pena. Potom ešte vmiešame preosiatu múku spolu s práškom do pečiva. Nakoniec opatrne zapracujeme sneh. Tukom vymažeme plech a vysypeme ho múkou. Potom naň jemne rozotrieme cesto. Vložíme ho do predhriatej rúry (180o C, plyn stupeň 2) a pečieme ho cca 10 minút. Upečený korpus necháme na plechu vychladnúť. Medzitým z tvarohu, zmäknutého masla, práškového a vanilkového cukru vyšľaháme hladký krém. Krémom potrieme vychladnutý korpus v čo najvyššej vrstve. Potom ho dáme najmenej na 30 minút stuhnúť do chladničky. Umyté jahody pozdĺžne prekrájame na širšie plátky a poukladáme ich na stuhnutý krém na povrchu koláča a mierne pritlačíme. Povrch ozdobíme mandľami.
